Kentucky Bbq Festival 2025. Stellar has raised capital from investors, small business administration loans, state grants and tax abatements, and has committed to investing $137 million over the next decade. All total, more than 80,000 people will attend the festival with more than 10 tons of mutton, 1,500 gallons of burgoo and 5,000 chickens prepared and sold during the festival.
